Our seaside coach
Bill has been involved in different types of bodybuilding and Olympic weight lifting for the better part of 16 years. He has learned, refined, and dedicated much of his adult life to training athletes to collegiate cheerleading National Championships.
Bill won his first of many Division-1A collegiate cheerleading National Championship rings. He prepared his body and mind for the 2009 Team USA's Co-Ed Cheer World Championship where he won the Gold Medal. 
4 years ago Bill found Crossfit and it has changed his life. Since then he has been dedicated to learning every aspect of what makes Crossfit an essential part of everyone's total wellness and health. In the last few years he has competed in many Crossfit competitions and will begin training Crossfit-ers this summer. 
Bill is also a Detective in the Louisville Metro Police Department where he actively trains to be "fit for duty" with many other Law Enforcement Officers and Firefighters. 
what to expect
What kind of workout is it? 
Think CFIT Bootcamp or HIIT! 
[Functional movements done with high intensity and at a constant variation. You'll NEVER be bored!]
How long is this workout? 
1 Hour. Come on! 
What do I need to bring? 
Water, a OCNJ Beach Tag, beach towel,
a yoga mat [if you have one]
 and wear sneakers! 
What if the weather is bad? 
If it is lightly raining, we're still on!
If it is a downpour, we will check the website and Facebook for weather updates! 
Can I go at my own pace? 
Yes! Every movement, workout, and repetition can be scaled to an individuals desired fitness goal, level, and skill.
What if I have a previous injury, can I still participate? 
Of course! Everyone can push themselves at their own pace. Some may go fast, some may go slow, do whatever YOU can do!
