What do I need to bring?
Water, a OCNJ Beach Tag, beach towel,
a yoga mat [if you have one]
and wear sneakers!
What if the weather is bad?
If it is lightly raining, we're still on!
If it is a downpour, we will cancel....so check the website and Facebook for weather updates!
Can I go at my own pace?
Yes! Every movement, workout, and repetition can be scaled to an individuals desired fitness goal, level, and skill.
What if I have a previous injury, can I still participate?
Of course! Everyone can push themselves at their own pace. Some may go fast, some may go slow, do whatever YOU can do!
